Graduation, Campus Security Disclosure Statement

Under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, the University is required annually to disclose its report on completion or graduation rates of degree-seeking, full-time undergraduate students. That report may be found on the university's website at www.fmarion.edu/about/reports.

Under that same law, the University is also required annually to disclose completion or graduation rates for student athletes who receive athletically related student aid. That report may be found on the University's website at www.fmarion.edu/about/reports.

Also, under federal law, FMU is required annually to disclose statistics on the Praxis pass rate. This information can be found on the University's website at www.fmarion.edu/about/reports.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires the University to annually compile statistics for the most recent three-year period concerning reported crimes at several locations. The report also includes information regarding the law enforcement authority of the University police and information about a number of campus policies. This information is available by clicking the "Clery Report" link on the Campus Police website at www.fmarion.edu/about/reports. Written copies of the report may be obtained by calling 843-661-1109 or by writing Campus Police.
