ADVANCED PLACEMENT CREDIT
INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE
To assist you in reaching your academic goals, Francis Marion
University awards college course credit for satisfactory scores
on higher level International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations.
Students who have completed courses and the tests in The International
Baccalaureate Program must have their scores sent to the Office
of Counseling and Testing at FMU for evaluation. The chart below
explains how the tests will be evaluated in terms of credit at
FMU. The official FMU transcript will reflect the credit awarded
to the student.
